  7. critique: the nitpicker, of whom fortunately there 
  8. were quite a few, and they‚Äôre a little annoying at 
  9. the time, but really, you have some of the top 
  10. people in the world, some of the top reviewers 
  11. working for you for free, debugging your book. 
  12. Pointing out, ‚ÄúNo no, it was 1856, not 1865, you got 
  13. it backwards!‚Äù And you know, here‚Äôs hundreds of 
  14. hours of top-flight brains picking through and
